- Monthly or annual billing in euros or dollars; annual is 12 months for the price of 10 on platform and seats.
- Storage is metered per GB-day above the allowance included on every plan, so you only pay for what you store.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal; your daily backup link lets you take your data with you.
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country; a valid EU VAT number reverse-charges.
Pricing questions
How are seats counted?
Per active member of your organisation. Invitations that are not yet accepted are not billed, and removing a member frees the seat immediately.
How does metered storage work?
Every plan includes storage. Above that, storage is measured per GB-day and billed at the rate in the table, so a short spike costs only a few days.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing charges platform and seats once a year at 12 months for the price of 10. Storage and the backup add-on stay monthly.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Docplume bills in euros or US dollars today. Pick your currency in the calculator and again at checkout.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout based on your billing country; a valid EU VAT number reverse-charges.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes — 14 days, no card. You can try every feature with up to 5 people and 5 GB of documents, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
